Children's Ministries at Faribault EFC

Our guess is that you feel like we do about children: They are a gift from the Lord and deserve our careful, loving attention as they learn to navigate a world that is increasingly unfriendly to little ones. Whether in their time with Dan Ford, our youth pastor, during the worship service or in Sunday School or JAM, children seem to know that they are loved around here.

A dedicated team of teachers, led by the Youth and Children's Ministry Team, work to make the various events, classes and clubs an encouraging, nurturing environment for our kids. Here are some of the groups:

Sunday Morning

JAM (Jesus and Me) - Age 4 through 6th Grade                

Each Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.., children from age 4 through 6th grade gather for learning, games and fun with other kids and our dedicated team of leaders. JAM curriculum is age-appropriate and professionally designed to provide a hands-on, participative experience for active learners.

JAM emphasizes cooperation over competition. Our goal is to have each child experience a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. 

• JAM teaches children to apply the truths they learn on Sunday morning to everyday situations.
• JAM is a safe place where adults and children alike are committed to living out the truths of God's Word.
